We are pleased to share that the Teaching Council has today launched the Féilte bursary scheme, with a total funding of €125,000.

The Féilte Bursary is designed to foster a culture of professional collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst teachers and schools. Schools are invited to apply for a bursary of €2,000 or €5,000 to support developing collaborative professional learning activities in their school communities.

Schools are encouraged to collaborate with local education support centres, higher education institutions, and centres of education such as a Youthreach settings in creating communities of practice in their area of common interest.
