Teaching is demanding, so managing stress is essential. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a simple, self-applied tool that helps lower cortisol and calm the nervous system. Sinead will show teachers how to use EFT to manage daily stress and stay grounded in the busy school environment. These basic skills can also be shared with students to support them in dealing with climate anxiety and exam stress.Tapping to help teachers lower cortisol on a daily basis. Emotional Freedom Technique is a self-applied stress reduction technique. Tapping can help lower cortisol and bring the nervous system out of the sympathetic state (flight or flight) into the parasympathetic state (rest and digest) Sinead will use EFT Tapping to help teachers connect their own nervous system, release stress so that they can better manage the demands of the busy school environment.
