This four-part series focuses on using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to improve communication, regulate emotions, and build authentic confidence. It offers a practical, skills-based approach to understanding how internal dialogue and emotional responses shape the way we interact with others.

Participants will explore how to recognise personal triggers, manage automatic thoughts, and respond with clarity rather than reaction. Each session combines psychological insight with real-life application, showing how to stay calm under pressure, express needs clearly, and handle conflict constructively.

This series is designed for teachers, SNAs, and education professionals who want to communicate with more confidence and composure — both in professional settings and everyday life.
